PRIVACY NOTICE
This Privacy Notice describes the information collection, use, and sharing practices of Me For Eternity, LLC (“Me For Eternity”, “we”, “us”, “our”) when you interact with us through our website, www.meforeternity.com (the “Website”), or any other digital platform this Privacy Notice appears (collectively, the “Services”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT, WHY AND FOR HOW LONG
We collect personal information, which is information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to you, when you:
1: Become a Customer. When you become a customer we collect from you, your personal identifiers (full name and email address) and require you to create a password. Please note, your username is your email address (collectively “account information”). We use this information to create and manage your account and to provide you with our Services.
1a: If you sign up for one of our paid plans, we collect your account information, your billing information (full name, billing address, billing country, and telephone number), and your payment information (debit or credit card number, expiration date, and CVC). We use this information to process your payment to provide you with the elevated services.
1b: Me For Eternity is designed so each customer can choose to upload any information they want to their account. The information that may be uploaded by you includes, but is not limited to, videos, photographs, voice memorandums, miscellaneous documents (recipes, drawings, designs, journal entries, and letters), government documents, legal documentation, financial information, and your last wishes (e.g. funeral arrangements, bucket list, charitable contributions). You can also upload your trusted contacts information to access your account upon your passing.
2: Fill out Executors Form Inquiry. When you fill out our Executors Form Inquiry, we will collect from you, your personal identifiers (full name, telephone number, and email address), the name of the Me for Eternity customer, and/or the customer’s death certificate or funeral director’s statement of death. We use this information to verify your identity, to provide you access to the customer’s account, and to communicate with you regarding your request.
3: Contact Us. If you fill out our online contact form, we collect, from you, your personal identifiers (first and last name, email address, and telephone number) and any additional information you choose to provide in the message box. We use this personal information to respond to your questions or inquiries, troubleshoot where necessary, and address any issues you have with the Services.
3a: Interact with us on social media. When you interact with our fan page on social networking websites, such as YouTube, Instagram, X (formerly known as Twitter), Tik Tok, and Facebook (each a “Fan Page”) (collectively “Fan Pages”), we collect basic engagement metrics and use it to tailor content and marketing and use it to improve user experience as set forth in this section. Please note that we do not control the use or storage of the information that you have posted to any social networking websites. This information is collected and processed by the social networking websites for their own purposes, including marketing. 3b: Aggregate data. We aggregate the data we collect for benchmarking purposes and for internal analytics.
3c: Interact with the Services. In addition to the personal information you provide directly to us, we also collect information from you automatically as you use our Services via “cookies” and similar tracking technologies (including through the use of pixel tags). This includes the following internet or other electronic network activity information.
We use essential, performance, marketing, and analytics cookies to collect your usage, device, and location information (determined through your IP address) when you interact with the Services. We use this information to: (i) track you within the Services; (ii) enhance user experience; (iii) prevent fraudulent use of the Services; and (iv) diagnosis and repair Services errors, and, in cases of abuse, track and mitigate the abuse.
Me For Eternity will also use the personal information we collect as described in this section to comply with the law, to efficiently maintain our business, and for other limited circumstances as described in HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
General Sharing
Me For Eternity shares personal information in the following instances:
1: In the event of a corporate reorganization. In the event that we enter into, or intend to enter into, a transaction that alters the structure of our business, such as a reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale, joint venture, assignment, consolidation, transfer, change of control, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock, we would share personal information with third parties, including the buyer or target (and their agents and advisors) for the purpose of facilitating and completing the transaction. We will also share personal information with third parties if we undergo bankruptcy or liquidation, in the course of such proceedings.
2: With third parties. We may need to disclose your personal information to third parties, such as auditors or legal advisors to protect our legal interests and other rights, protect against fraud or other illegal activities, prevent harm, for risk management purposes, and to comply with our legal obligations.

DO NOT TRACK

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Website is not intended for those age thirteen (13) and above. If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from individuals under the age of thirteen (13), we will delete the personal information.
